Obituary For Randolph "Randy" Robert Robbiard
Randy was born in Yellowknife, NWT, if you ever had the opportunity to spend any time with him, there is no doubt you would hear him say “I’m from the North”. He was a proud Canadian and very proud of where he came from.
Early in his youth Randy made his way to Alberta where he began to create his legacy. Randy became incredibly skilled in the sandblasting and painting industry. Earning the title of “One of the Best” in the field. His reputation became inspiring to everyone around him. His strong work ethic and integrity gained him an impressive level of respect.
It is difficult to summarize the life of Randy Robbiard, the magnitude of people he has impacted in his many years is endless. He only saw the good in people, he loved and appreciated everyone, treated each person with respect and made them feel that they were very important. He could see his family, friends and colleagues through the lens of Christ and who God intended them to be.
When Randy made his way to Alberta, he met the love of his life, Beverley Rose and together they created the greatest love story, many of us have ever known. Nobody has loved anyone as much as Randy loved Beverly. Witnesses to their love were awestruck when observing how much they loved and respected each other. The kind of love that we all wish to have.
Together Randy and Bev had four children: Michael, Nicole (Brodie), Dallas and Brittney (Sheldon). There were good times and bad times, but always so much love and laughter. Dad gave us the most wonderful childhood. His imagination turned the simplest things into an adventure..KFC picnics in the living room, neighborhood water fights and baseball games, fishing trips and letting us stay home from school to play daylong games of Risk and Ultimatum. It was apparent early in our childhood that we had something a lot of people didn’t, our dad was a gem and just when you think that must be the end, with the birth of his grandchildren and great grandchildren Randy became a Papa!
To say Papa loved his grandkids is an understatement. With each new grandchild Papa’s love grew bigger and bigger; renewing this fun and silly character, always ready for anything. Papa will be missed by; grandchildren Taja, Sidney, Jessica, Cohen, Austin, Zoey, Reese, and great grandchildren Gracelynne, Sage, Cyrus, and Echo.
Randy is survived by his sisters Ramona, Regina and brother Dean.
He was predeceased by his mother Agatha, father Bob and siblings James, Michael, Shirley, Violet, Roberta and son Michael.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Victory Church, 7702 100 St. Grande Prairie, AB.
Viewing will be held at 11:00 am, Memorial Service to follow at 12:00 pm.

Randy loved all the kids and always liked bringing cookies for the Sunday school program. He always did it quietly so as not to draw attention to himself just wanted to help out. His hugs were always a blessing as well❤️what a sweet guy🌹

As a kid visiting, uncle Randy let me and Melissa paint his nails with our new nail polish, we bought five Colors and just had to see every color on him, and each of us had a hand. He loved the result and so did we, everyone always had a special place in Uncles heart and home
