Obituary For Raymond Ferns
Raymond Ferns, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at the young age of 51 years.
Raymond was born in Sudbury, ON, on June 27, 1971. He relocated to Toronto, ON, with his family in 1979, and lived there until 2013, when he finally settled in Grande Prairie. Raymond's zest for life, passion for music, and love for his family will live on in our hearts.
Raymond leaves behind his mother Nancy Ferns; brother Allan Ferns; sister Shazia Hughes (Gerry); nephews Jonathan and Josiah Hughes; niece Alyssiana Kean (Chad); as well as great-nephew and niece Kaelem and Lilia Kean. Raymond will be greatly missed by all of his family, friends, and all the lives he touched.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, September 16, 2022, at 6:00pm, at Lakeview Lodge in Clairmont (9432 113 Ave.). Refreshments and all of Raymond's favorite snacks to follow. All are welcome to attend.
A Livestream of the service will be accessible 15 minutes prior to the service on Raymond’s obituary on Oliver’s Funeral Home website. He will be laid to rest in the Grande Prairie Cemetery at a later date.
