Bob Schallhorn passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at the age of 76 years.

Bob was born in Lethbridge, AB, to Robert and Henrietta Schallhorn. He married Rose-Allana Robins on October 2, 1965 and they were together 51 years.

He is survived by his loving wife; son: Wesley (Michelle) and grandchildren: Gerald, Dominique, Jordanna, Dannia, and Gabriel; son Charles and granddaughters: Lydia, Katee, and Emma; son Robert (Doris) and grandchildren: Robby, Jacob, and Noah; siblings: Thelma Fox-Marshall, Don (Gladys) Schallhorn, and Betty (Bill) Purves; in-laws David Huls, Ellen (George) Bowler, and Ann (Al) Huls; as well as many nieces and nephews that were always loved and cherished by “Uncle Bob”. He will also be missed by many special cousins, friends, and old friends: Gordon Wilkins, Butch Doysher, John Mahon, Rolly Boucher, Robert Clutton, and Lorne Head.

He was predeceased by his parents, and Allana’s parents Wes and Dorothy Lefler, brother Keith, sister Donna Huls, and brother in-law Rae Robins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017, at 1:00pm, at Rycroft Community Hall. A potluck meal will follow the interment of ashes.
