Rod Neufeld passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 1996, at his home in Grovedale, AB.

Rod was born in New Westminster, BC, in 1954. The family moved to Grande Prairie, AB, in 1959 where he has resided ever since. In 1978 Rod married Sherry Wold and they were blessed with four children.

Rod leave to mourn his loving wife Sherry, two sons Norman and Robin, two daughters Amber and Karin, his parents Henry and Helena Neufeld, and Sherry’s parents, Norman and Irene Wold. Brother Gordon (Serena), sisters Marilyn (David) Rooksby, Kathy (Dean) Drysdale, Dorothy (Richard) Elniski, Sherry’s brothers and sisters, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service for the late Rod Neufeld will be held Thursday, June 20, 1996, at 2:00 PM from Grande Prairie Alliance Church, 7702 – 100 Street, with Reverend Andrew Fisher officiating. Interment to follow in Emerson Trail Cemetery.

Viewing will be held at the Alliance Church prior to the service.

Memorial donations may be made to the Grovedale Alliance Church.

Fellowship Lunch will follow the Interment Service at Grace Bible Fellowship in Sexsmith.
