Ron Cooke, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away peacefully on Tuesday November 30, 2021, in Grande Prairie, at the age of 88 years.

Ron was born December 28, 1932, in Grande Prairie. He spent his life in the Peace Country and retired in Grande Prairie with his loving wife and family. Ron loved his family and worked tirelessly to provide and help anyone when needed. A great sense of humour, love of the outdoors, anything written by Louis L’Amour, playing cards with his family and his trucks. He could build and fix just about everything always taking the time to try and pass on those skills.

Ron will be greatly missed by children: Dale Cooke, Don (Linda) Cooke, Barb (Mike) Adair, Carol Binette, Jay (Jennifer) Jebb, Dwayne Cooke, Gina (Ed) Goy, Rod Jebb, Shawn (Andrea) Cooke, Rick (Sarah) Jebb and Sheldon Cooke; as well as numerous grand children and great-grandchildren.

Ron was predeceased by his wife Donna Cooke; brother Willard Cooke; sisters Mary Tanner and Wilma Jansen; grandson Dalin Cooke; as well as parents Ruggles R Cooke and Nellie Cooke.
