Sandra Horseman, resident of Horse Lake, AB, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at Horse Lake First Nation, at the age of 49 years.

Sandra was born September 8, 1970 in Hythe, AB. She was raised in Horse Lake. She resided in numerous places and loved meeting new people and had many friends. She had the biggest, kindest heart, loved her family, children, and especially her grandchildren. She was the best cook! She had the voice of an angel, danced like no one was watching, and was down to earth and fun to be around. She was very connected to her cultural side. Sandra liked to travel, collect little trinkets, and definitely loved joking around. She was always smiling and laughing her crazy beautiful laugh!

She will be sadly missed by her children Shelby and Sky Lyn; brother Howard; sisters: Cynthia Horseman “Little”, Claudette Hambler, and Twyla Campbell; and grandchildren: Conrad Jr. Horseman, Kimberly Rose Horseman, Kaleb Arron Paul, and Callie-Lynn Horseman.

Sandra was predeceased by her father Howard Horseman, mother Sylvia Horseman, brother Trevor Horseman, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

A Wake will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 7:00pm at Horse Lake Arena. A Funeral Service will follow on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 11:00am.
