Obituary For Teresa "Terry" Elizabeth Borai Ward

Terry Ward, longtime resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, in Grande Prairie, at the age of 79 years.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Lisa Pols, son in-law John Pols, grandsons Zachary Pols and Trevor Pols, sister Mariann (Charlie) Stauffer of Edmonton, niece Anna Stauffer (Cal Nairn), nephews Anthony (Natalia) Stauffer and Bryan Ward; and great-niece Una Nairn.

She was predeceased by her husband Gerry, parents Anna and Frank Borai, and brothers Ron Borai and Frank Borai.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020, at 1:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Canada (#220, 6223 2 St. SE, Calgary, AB, T2H 1J5), or to Heart and Stroke of Alberta (144, 5241 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB, T6H 5G8).

May God comfort you at this moment and may all the loving memories of her help you to carry on. Teresa was a great friend and we had many fun times together in our younger years.
