Thomas Sorenson, a resident of Grande Prairie, AB passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024 in High Prairie, AB at the age of 46 years.

Tom was born November 17, 1977 in Port Alberni, BC and was the youngest of two boys. He grew up in Hinton, AB, and after moving around to different places, settled in Grande Prairie in 2016.

Tom loved woodworking and built planter boxes, bed frames, patio furniture, tables and chairs. He also loved his dogs Mocha and Bandit.

Tom will be sadly missed by his wife Holly; nephews: Ryan, Cyrus and Liam; brother James; sister-in-law Maureen; step-daughter Shanoah; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tom was predeceased by his mother Marilyn and father Gregory.

A Service will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 1:30pm at the Holiday Inn & Suites Conference Centre (9816 107 St.), Grande Prairie, AB.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to ease expenses at this time, either through cash given to the family or a donation towards funeral costs made directly to Oliver's Funeral Home (780-532-2929).
