Obituary For Yvette Aldinah Mary Beaupre Bancesco
Yvette Aldinah Mary Bancesco passed in peace, after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Monday, April 2, 2018, at the Beaverlodge Municipal Hospital, at the age of 62 years.
Yvette was born in Bonnyville, AB and also lived in Cold Lake, AB; Inuvik, NWT; Whitehorse, YT; Vancouver, BC; and finally, Elmworth, AB.
Yvette loved her life with her husband Keith, the love of her life. Farm life suited her and always found her busy in her garden, canning, helping Keith with field work and the cows, and loving all of the farm kitties. She also loved her work at ConocoPhillips and left a lasting impression with her coworkers as someone who was very professional, but also brought fun and laughter with her every day.
We are so proud of Yvette for her major achievement as a graduate of the Lay Worship Leadership program. Convocation was held at the University of Alberta on November 2, 2015. Throughout the LWLC program, she had battled breast and ovarian cancer; her presence at the convocation was a miracle to which she responded with joy!
Loved ones that cleared the path for Yvette are her father Guy Beaupre, mother Hazel Beaupre (nee Whitford), brother Gerry Beaupre and infant twins Joseph and Mary. Loved ones that will miss Yvette until they meet again are her husband Keith Edward Bancesco; sisters: Dianne Booth, Yvonne Beaupre (twin), and Lynne Smith; brothers: Charlie, Leon, Guy, Patrick, Dennis and Alan; step-children: Kim Briscoe (nee Ashley) and Andy Ashley; 4 step-grandchildren; god-son Eric Booth; god-daughter Sarah Mertz; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The Service of Remembrance will be held Monday, April 9, 2018, at 2:00pm, at Beaverlodge United Church (403 10 St.) followed by interment at Halcourt Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends with food and refreshments will be held at the Beaverlodge United Church following the interment.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (200, 325 Manning Road NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 2P5).
The family would also like to thank the staff at the Grande Prairie Cancer Clinic, the WW Cross Cancer Clinic, and the Beaverlodge Municipal Hospital.

Dear Yvonne, I have been trying to find your mailing address but had no success. Gayla gave me the very sad news about Yvette. My sincere condolences to you and your family. I watched the video tribute - it is a beautiful tribute to Yvette and her extraordinary life. The photos of you and your siblings growing from children to adults shows what a loving family you are a part of. I loved the photos of Yvette during special occasions - I remember that she loved to celebrate the seasons and holidays. I will be thinking of you and Yvette on May 14th - my thoughts and prayers are with you. Linda Jensen ljensen1273@gmail.com
