Normand and family, Carmen and family, Rene and family, Bill and I are so sorry for your the loss of your mom. I many memories of Auntie Yvonne, but one of the fondest memories is when along with my sister Dorine, we drove her, my mom Pauline and Auntie Roseanne to visit another one of her sisters Auntie Albertine. They sat in the back set all three of them, giggling, talking a lot and also a little bit of mild competition on who was better looking, better dressed etc. It was always in fun. I know that Pauline and Roseanne met her at Heaven's Gate with a bottle of Cointreau in hand and lots of hugs and kisses. Heaven will never be the same with the three of them together. She was so loved and admired.

Your mom was an extraordinary woman, as you certainly know. She was lovely, talented and I can't imagine how she kept up with all the everyday things she had to do. I'm just sorry I hadn't seen her in a very long time, nor have I ever met any of you! But my deepest sympathy goes out to you all. A lovely lady - and the last of the Regnier line. Sincerely, Carmen Pearce (Emilia's daughter)

It's a sad occasion when the last of our mother's wonderful French family has gone. Aunt Yvonne was such a sweet person and she and her sisters had great times visiting back and forth, always with lots of laughter. Emilia's family, all us anglophones, send condolences to our cousins, Norm, Rene, and Carmen and their families.

Dear Norm, Rene, Carmen, Joe and your families. Our very deepest sympathy to all of you. Auntie Yvonne was such a special person. One memory I have of her is going to the house for lunch when we had to go to Grande Prairie. We didn't have a phone on the farm so she would have no way of knowing we were coming but she always welcomed us with open arms as if she had be given a week's notice. I know she was a good friend to mom and both mom and dad were very fond of Auntie Yvonne. When mom was sick she stepped up to help dad by taking care of Floyd and Wayne more than once. She told me once that no matter where Uncle Alphonse might have to go to get work she would follow him without question, it was pretty obvious how much she loved him. After he passed away she said if she started to feel sorry for herself she went out and did some volunteering, I believe at the hospital. She was the kind of person you were always happy to see. She was a classy lady in every way, both beautiful, kind and generous. I wish I could be there with all of you now, I will be thinking of you and praying for you during this very sad time. Love and good wishes to you all Lois and John

We were saddened to hear of Aunt Yvonne's passing. She was so important in our lives. Especially as young adults when we all lived in Grande Prairie. We even shared the experience of new babies when Carmen was born. She was a lovely lady and we loved her dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time. Prayerfully yours, Bev and Bob Scott

I have fond memories of weekend visits with you Matante Yvonne. Especially the times when all the sisters were assembled in one kitchen or another making food or playing cards or drinking wine and reminiscing! Matante Yvonne when you hugged me and the scent of your lovely perfume, perfect makeup, coiffed hair and painted nails and the laughter that all you sisters shared! It was a lesson in love, sisterhood, friendship and definitely fashion! Rest well my sweet Matante Yvonne. You are loved💜
